1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Kaiya Rental, you must:

Be at least [Minimum Age Requirement] years old.
Hold a valid driver’s license recognized in the country of rental.
Provide valid payment details and any required identification documents.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or upon vehicle pickup.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No-shows or failure to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of payment.

4. Vehicle Usage and Restrictions

When renting a vehicle, you agree to:

Drive the vehicle responsibly and in compliance with all local traffic laws.
Return the vehicle in the same condition it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
Not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.
Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
Notify Kaiya Rental immediately in case of accidents, theft, or breakdowns.

5. Insurance and Liability

Our vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options may be available at an extra cost.
The renter is responsible for any damages, fines, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon vehicle return, provided there are no damages or violations.

6. Late Returns and Extensions

Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed rental end time.
Late returns may result in additional charges per hour or day.
Rental extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

7. Termination of Agreement

Kaiya Rental reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement at any time if the renter:

Provides false or misleading information.
Violates these Terms and Conditions.
Engages in reckless or dangerous driving.

8. Limitation of Liability

Personal belongings left in the rented vehicle.
Losses or damages due to accidents, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from vehicle use.

9. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle personal data.
