1. Book with Confidence, Cancel with Ease


Plenty of Time? (More than 14 Days): Changed your plans? No worries! Cancel more than two weeks in advance, and it’s all good. We’ll refund your pre-paid amount, just keeping a small ¥5,000 fee for our behind-the-scenes work.


One Week Notice (7 to 14 Days): If you’re a week or two out, you’ll get most of your pre-paid amount back, less 20% and the ¥5,000 for our admin elves.


Getting Close (3 to 6 Days): If your plans take a turn closer to your ride date, we ask for 40% of the estimated service fee plus ¥5,000 to cover our setup for your ride.


Last Minute (Less Than 72 Hours): Really cutting it close? We’ll need to charge 75% of the estimated fee and ¥5,000. Our drivers and cars were all set to roll out for you!


The Final Countdown (Less Than 24 Hours): If it’s less than a day to go, the full ride cost will be charged. We likely turned down other rides to keep your slot open!


2. Comprehensive Waiting Policy


Guaranteed Wait Times briefly:

Domestic Flights: 30 minutes waiting, guaranteed after your flight lands.

International Flights: 60 minutes of guaranteed waiting for you.


Beyond the Guarantee – Extra Wait Time for Delays:

Airport Delays: An additional 15 minutes wait time is on us.

Flight Delays: If your flight is late, we’ll wait an extra 30 minutes, if we’re available.

Natural Disasters: Should there be a delay due to natural events, we offer an extra 60 minutes, availability permitting.


Extended Waiting Option:

Need More Time?: If the delay exceeds our complimentary extension, and if we have the availability, we’re ready to wait for you at a rate of ¥8,700 per hour.


3. Night Service Policy


If your booking is scheduled to begin between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, please select our Night Service option. This ensures the correct fare calculation and processing for services requested during these hours.

If your transfer service is during 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, we add 1,500 yen per hour. This extra fee covers night costs and is billed after your service.


4.Taxi Service Eating and Garbage Policy


Eating Inside the Taxi:

To keep our cars clean and comfortable for everyone, we ask passengers to avoid eating inside the taxi. If you need to eat due to health reasons or long journeys, please be mindful and keep the car tidy.


Garbage Handling:

Please take your garbage with you when leaving the taxi. This helps us maintain a clean space for the next passenger. If there is any garbage left inside the taxi, we may need to charge a cleaning fee to take care of it.


Cleaning Fee:

In cases where excessive garbage or spills require professional cleaning, a fee may be charged to the passenger to cover the cleaning costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our taxis clean and pleasant for all users.
