Thank you for choosing KAIYATaxi. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your ride. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via our website or supported booking platforms.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices are finally confirmed unless changes are made by the customer or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Airport Pick-Up Policy

Domestic Flights:

• – Includes 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled arrival time.
• – An additional 15 minutes may be granted if there is a delay.

International Flights:

• – Includes 60 minutes of free waiting time.
• – Up to 30 extra minutes may be allowed in case of delays.
• – If the customer does not show up within the total allowed time, only 30% of the transfer fee will be refunded.
• – If extended waiting is possible, a charge of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will apply.
• – Delays more than 15 minutes count as 30 minutes.
• – Delays 15 minutes or less incur no extra fee.
• – While waiting, customers may not use the time for personal activities (e.g., shopping, meeting friends, etc.).

3. Door-to-Door Transfers

• – Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the designated pick-up location.
• – If the passenger does not show up within 15 minutes, only 15% of the transfer fee will be refunded.
• – Extended waiting (if possible) will be charged at 3,000 yen per 30 minutes, following the same waiting rules as airport pickups.

4. Luggage Assistance

• – Drivers will help load/unload luggage.
• – If the luggage is too heavy or oversized, customers are kindly requested to assist.
• – This ensures safe handling and avoids injury or damage.

5. Vehicle Cleanliness Rules

To ensure a clean and pleasant ride for all passengers:

• – No alcohol or strong-smelling food is allowed in the car.
• – Avoid foods that easily fall or spill.
• – Light, tidy, easy-to-eat snacks are acceptable.
• – Please take all your trash with you—bottles, cans, wrappers, etc.
• – Do not leave any garbage inside the vehicle.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• – Cancellations made in accordance with the waiting time rules above will be refunded based on the stated percentages.
• – For all other cancellations or no-shows, please refer to our full cancellation policy (provided separately).

7. General Conduct

• – Please follow all driver instructions.
• – Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in service termination without refund.
